Terms of Service

1. The service
MyWaitlist (“the service”) is a waitlist and booking-management tool for appointment-based businesses, provided by Tommachi AS, org. no. 914 824 680 MVA, Waldemars hage 6, 0175 Oslo, Norway (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and your clients
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for having a lawful basis to store and contact the clients you add. Client contact details belong to you; we process them only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to store unlawful content, or to harm others. Offers should be sent to people who asked to be on your list. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Subscriptions and trials
New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a payment card. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
5. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or revenue.
6. Termination and data
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. After deletion, your data is removed from production systems within a reasonable period.
7. Changes and contact
